Power Outage
Today's power outage caused a power spike which cleared the user codes from the Konica Minolta copy machine. Agents will not be able to print, copy, or scan from this machine until mid morning on Thursday. The Lanier in the break room is still functional.

DocuSign Class and Webinars
There are many requests for classes for the DocuSign software. There is a class scheduled to be taught in-house this month by Devery Cash on September 21, 2010 starting at 1:30. This class will review the new capabilities of Zipforms, the integration between Zipforms and Docusign, Electronic Consent (Addendum Z) and the Federal Consent form and how they are used in our daily practice, and finally, the full features of Docusign.
If September 21 is too far away, there are national webinars that you can view via the internet and listen via phone that are being taught by Docusign. This is a great tool as a refresher or a first introduction to the product.
