Friday, October 29th! Happy Halloween!!!!

Sorry for the disruption to our daily delivery of the daily.  We will be back to business as usual on Monday!  Next week Dasha Shy will be covering while we continue to seek out the next DOFI.  I appreciate your patience. 

GOOD NEWS!  IT IS BUSY!  In fact, Susan's desk is buried in A/Os and closings.  So if you need to revive your listings, now would be a great time to do it.  Sellers are silly to take their  homes off the market this time of year because:
1.)  Market is heating up after a long lull
2.)  Buyers are acting on the 4% interest rates
3.)  Less competition this time of the year (Sellers less serious pull off through the holidays)
4.)  Homes look their best during the holidays...

When you take or relist your listing... don't forget to ask for a year long listing.  The current absorption rate for Dane County Single Family and Condos is about 11 months.  Your listings should match. 

Just a quick reminder of a few things... If you have a message you want shared in the daily, simply email it to frontdesk316@kw.com  We will feature all agent to agent in the message including open house opportunities. 

The calendar is being created as we speak.  Jessica Fox will email it to everyone this weekend.  Career development opportunities include a Series being taught by Kate Speer Ely "Your First 100 Days of Real Estate".  Anyone launching or relaunching should strongly consider committing to this series.  11/2 - the first team meeting... we will be covering the KWRI Tech Package upgrades that are coming.  YOU WILL LOVE THIS! 

11/9 is the Agent Leadership Council Retreat that you are all encouraged to attend.  This is an annual event / tradition we have where all the leaders of our office join to mastermind, discuss and plan what they want to see happen in the offices.  Both Crossroads and West agents will be at this event.  THE FACT THAT YOU GET A VOICE IS SO SPECIAL... SO USE IT!!!  We want to hear from you.  We will be providing you lunch and a happy hour.  RSVP no later than Wednesday!

We have had a bunch of Agents join KW in the past week.  Jim Todd, former Manager of CB Sun Prairie was one of the last to join this week.  We will provide a contact list of everyone so you can give them a call / email and welcome them.
