AGENT TO AGENT
Anyone have a good suggestion for a tax accountant for Jason Guetzlaff?  Call Jason direct at 886-0800.

Don't forget that picture day starts this week.  Please don't miss your scheduled sitting.  If you didn't get on the schedule, call front desk for openings.  If we fill all openings up we will add more dates.  This picture is taken for you, touched up and then given to me for our office website.  If you want to buy the rights to the photo after the fact, you are welcome to do so for $30!

Tomorrow is the Agent Leadership Council Retreat at Bourbon Street Grill 11 - 5.  Please be there on time if you RSVPed you were going.  We have a really packed day and will be starting right away.

A/Os are filling up Susan's Mailbox!  :)

CAREER DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Wednesday 1:30 - 3:30  Kate Speer Ely teaches "Making Buyers Yours For Life!"
Thursday 1:30 - 3:30  Kate Speer Ely teaches "Finding Great Sellers & Working Listings"

Lead Generation Idea...
Pick 20 people in your database that you have been meaning to connect with.  Pull all available listings near their home and email them the listings.  Follow up with a call and talk with them about the real estate market.  As them to refer their neighbors selling to you.

End by asking them what neighborhood they would like to live in.  Send them a link to all the current listings for sale in that area.  If you send this through MLSFinder.com you will be giving them access to search on their own!

Technology
Besides searching real estate and homes values, COMMUNITY INFORMATION is the most saught after information on blogs and websites.  You may want to consider adding links to:
Parks & Recreation
Chazen Museum of Art
Madison Children's Museum
Madison Museum of Contemporary Art
Monona Terrace
Olbrich Botanical Gardens
Overture Center for the Arts
State Capitol
University of Wisconsin-Madison
UW Madison Geology Museum
