Dear KW agents;


I have relo buyers who need to sell before they can buy but need to get to the Madison area, asap. We are looking for a rental property with the minimal qualifications:

1. 3 bed 1.5 bath or more, 2. 2 car garage, 3. central air, 4. fenced yard would be a big +, allow dogs (willing to pay pet deposit), $1500 or less per month, Madison (anywhere), Deforest, Middleton, McFarland area preferred.  They are willing to do a 12 or 18 month lease and want to move in February. If you know of any rental or vacant seller properties wthat would meet this criteria, please le me know ASAP
