E-edge, Team Meeting, Staff Hires & Snow Day???

Tomorrow at Team Meeting (12:30) Jessica Fox wants to revisit what we learned at Seize the Market and how we can incorporate...
*Reverse Offers
*How to "talk" increase of interest rates's impact on monthly payment
*How to explain the "affordability index"
*Review "scripts" we can use when we are networking, calling our sphere, etc. to get buyers in to ACTION!

We had over 80 participate in the event Friday.  I know we took many ideas from the event.  Tomorrow I want to drill down on a few specific ideas and put our ideas into action!  If you were at Seize, please bring your book from the class.

Big news...
Kara Thomas has taken on the Agent Transition role at Madison West and Sara Brockman has taken on the Director of First Impressions at Madison West!  We are fortunate to have super star talent added onto the team.

Both Kara and Sara are in "training mode" and are getting familiar with our systems and processes.  At the same time we are auditing what we are doing to make sure we have great systems in process.  If you have any input on front desk's role or agent transitions please provide your feedback to Kara Thomas at KWDOAS316@Gmail.com!  We appreciate your input --  :)

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!  :)
From the weather reports the predicted snow totals keep growing.  When I left the house this morning they were saying 2-4 inches.  Last report was 20 over the next few days.

Chances are we are getting dumped on Tuesday - Wednesday.  However, they are often wrong.  If we get over six inches of snow Tues - Wed we will be closing the office.  If that is the case, we will do a call-em-all to keep you in the loop.

Clear Title is closing on Wednesday and has rescheduled any closings set.  Contact their office direct if this impacts you in any way.
