In spite of the slow real estate market, Keller Williams Realty has chosen to expand it’s operations by opening an office on the Capital Square.
The new Keller Williams Capital Square office occupies the entire 2nd floor of the historic American Exchange Bank building at 1 N. Pinckney.
“We are committed to central Madison and saw an opportunity to bring together many of the top real estate agents who work in that market” states Keller Williams Team Leader Brett Boettge.
And Boettge has been doing just that.
Top agents from firms like Bunbury and Associates, the Stark Company REALTORS and First Weber Group have joined Keller Williams over the past few months to help launch this new location.
