Tuesday the 18th was going to be the Downtown Office Grand Opening but it has been postponed to the 2/8th Tuesday. So we are going to have team meeting on Tuesday. I would like to have LISTING PALOOZA during team meeting. Last time that we did this we had a great response. In fact, we made over 10 matches to buyers we have internally.
I want to give everyone 5 minutes to talk about their listing. Please keep them to newer listings or listings that have experienced a significant price reduction. I want to have mls sheets featuring your listing ready so if you want to feature your listings, please email front desk the MLS # by Monday.
Last thing - I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED to report that Pete Macho had eight of his open house signs taken from Jason & Tana's cubes this past week. WHOEVER DID THIS (intential or not) must return the signs by Friday. Return them to the front desk reception area and no further action will be taken. If they are not returned and it is discovered who took the signs without asking, they will be dehired. It is a big plus that we share in our office, however this goes beyond sharing. Be courteous, don't borrow or take without asking and return what you borrow!
