You will find an additional $15 charge on your KW bill this month; this new monthly fee it is to cover the new E-Edge tech package that Keller Williams Realty will be providing each of us. We were misinformed of the timeline for the rollout and were under the impression that we would be able to make this cost neutral but we cannot. We apologize for passing that message on to you.
Phase I is being rolled out this month. As phase 2 and 3 are rolled out (goal is July) we will eliminate contracts of duplicate technologies. When that happens, we will discontinue charging you for them. We will be updating you on our progress. We will try to make this as fair and painless as possible.

I know that you will not be pleased about this additional charge, however for anyone that is currently paying for a contact management database, you will be able to cancel that contract and start using e-ege. And there is much much more to come!
