I have a future home or condo buyer who grew up in Madison and is moving back to the city after being gone for 30 years. Timing will be important as she travels here to visit places to live with me.
She would like to find a condo to rent in an area of the city where she will be walking distance from good restaurants and social activities.
Looking to spend $1500.00 to $2000/month for rent for the first year and then buy after she gets a feel for the city again. She wants to get her feel for the exact area and neighborhood and thus would like to rent for the first year.
