CONTACT WIZARD
Another reason to put off entering contacts into eEdge is that in two weeks they will have a Contact Wizard up and running which will eliminate the need to use the Excel csv file. During the next two weeks, it is recommended for agents to get familiar with eEdge, clean up their current database and if they really want to see how the system works, set up a couple dummy contacts. The Contact Wizard will also allow them to enter notes, but not their action plan. This will come later this year.
