A NOTE FROM JESSICA FOX
Yesterday I met with several agents that are launching (or re-launching) their real estate careers. It was a
great conversation and mastermind about what is and isn't working, challenges these agents are facing and solutions that can be put in place to ensure success for those committed. This is what was discovered:

1. Everyone in the room KNEW what they were supposed to do to be successful in real estate.

2. The challenge everyone faced was ACCOUNTABILITY to lead generate. Fear of success, fear of failure, distraction and lack of discipline were the consistent issues.

3. Agents expressed FEAR in what they would do if someone said "YES". Some were paralized by this fear. Several agents had limiting beliefs about the lead generation sources they were committing to.

IF YOU ARE AN AGENT THAT IS STRUGGLING & ARE COMMITTED TO SUCCEED...

I AM GOING TO REQUIRE YOU TO PARTICIPATE AND ENGAGE IN THE FOLLOWING!

1. Monday 1 PM Practice! Agents need more practice to get better at lead generation and over their fears. This is not another "class", it is actual practice. This class is right before contracts class. The first class is actually Tuesday 5/31 at 2 PM since Monday is a holiday. We will be doing Buyer Consultations with each other. Just show up. Be on time. Immediately after this class is contracts class which is being changed up so plan on attending!!!

2. Agents need accountability! I am asking that you all email me (JessicaFox@kw.com) and your Mentor an update on your lead generation efforts and results for the week.

IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING BUT ARE NOT COMMITTED TO SHOW UP...

1. You need to move your license into our referral company. Please contact me for more information about that opportunity.

I hired you because I believed in you and you have what it takes to be successful in real estate. If I don't hold you up to your potential and our office standards I fail you and our office. I will not allow you to fail slowly out of this business. I am committed to you and your success!

ZIP FORM FAST FILL ISSUE
Bobbie Sumenek experienced issues with Zipforms last weekend. Curious if anyone else is having the same problems with the fast fill form. If you are, please email Sara at front desk so we can evaluate this situation to make sure we don't have a problem. Contact Sara Brockman at frontdesk316@kw.com

COMING SOON!
1-Faster internet speed. :) More details to follow next week.
2-Paragon 5 Training at the office - just working out the June schedule with Rick.

CONTRACTS NEWS
Hooray, no more Addendum C! We now have a new Condominium Offer to Purchase which will greatly simplify your life. Not only will you not need addendum C with it (that language is incorporated into the new form) but you also will no longer have to use addendum D with it. Start using it now – it becomes mandatory to use the new forms July 1.

The residential offer has also changed – nothing major here, just tidying up some readability issues. It also will be required starting July 1, so start using it as well.

Finally, we will be starting to require you to submit the email which accompanies your receipt of your customer or client’s Electronic Consent form.
