OUTLOOK ISSUES
It has been a week now since we upgraded our Internet service, which has been running great, however we did we did encounter a problem this week with agents that are using Outlook to send out their emails. It appears some of the emails are getting hung up in their “Outbox” and they are unable to send them out. Both Outlook and Mad City Broadband have limitations on how many can be sent out in a 24-hour period and this can cause emails to stay in the “Outbox” if we go over the limit. It affects everyone, not just the user. For that reason, we are requesting that you do not send out mass emails using Outlook and use an alternate email provider such as Gmail. I was also told by MadCityBroadband that the problem could also be caused by a virus. Please make sure your anti-software is up to date and running at all times when you are working here and at home. Our server is put at risk if it is out of date. In the meantime, if you could use an alternate email provider over the weekend that would be greatly appreciated. If that is not a viable option, I can walk you through an alternate setup for Outlook until we have something else in place on Monday.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
