MOVING WEEK TIMELINE
It's a big week for us, and as always, we appreciate your patience and support. Due to the current state of the office, please work remotely until Friday. Here is an outline of the rest of our week:

MONDAY 7/18
5:00pm-- Keycard access will be shut off. You will not be able to access the office using your keycards from this point on. (You will be able to use your current keycard with the new suite starting Wednesday morning.)

TUESDAY 7/19
NOTE-- We encourage you to work remotely on Tuesday. In-house technology will be dismantled over the course of the day and conference space is not garunteed.
12:00pm-- KW West phones will be forwarded to KW Crossroads. If you need to reach Sara during the afternoon, send an email to frontdesk316@kw.com. Please submit all new listings by 2:00pm. Please submit all MLS changes by 3:30pm. Any changes submitted after those times may not be processed until Thursday.
5:00pm-- KW West office internet will go down.

WEDNESDAY 7/20
9:00am-- Move-In Begins. All technology will be down. All calls made to the Front Desk will be forwarded to Crossroads. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO MLS ON WEDNESDAY. If you have an essential change, please contact Crossroads at frontdesk515@kw.com or 608-333-0800.
NOTE-- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING YOUR OWN BELONGINGS.
5:00pm-- Old office suite MUST be COMPLETELY VACATED. No further access will be provided.

THURSDAY 7/21
NOTE-- There is NO Company Meeting on Thursday. This event was cancelled.
9:00am-- Technology access should be completely reinstated. However, we ask that you continue to work remotely if possible until Friday to allow us time to get settled.

EXTENSION FORWARDING
If you don't currently forward your desk phone to your cell phone, please let Kara know so she can do so for you for the next few transition days. Thanks!

MISSING CD PLAYER
My portable CD player in the back room disappeared. I am kind of sad because I have a very important Yoga CD inside of the player which is irreplaceable for me!
