I need help finding a rental in the central, near east,
or west Madison area.
Couple, no children, no pets, non smoking looking for a
home with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 car garage (attached) and a wood burning fireplace
that your client would be willing to rent for 6 - 12 months. Customer wants to
spend up to $1200.00 a month for a single family house. Not a condo, duplex, or
apartment.
They are relocating to the Madison area for a position at
the University.
