A FOND FAREWELL FROM TERRY SINGER
A Fond Farewell to all my friends at Three Point Place. As you may know now, my wife, Susan and I have moved on to a new life''s chapter; after a somewhat stormy process we sold our home in McFarland (Dunn). Actually stastisticly we sold it in about 6 weeks and within 96% of our asking price. However we learned more about radon than we ever wanted to know. If you bump into a radon issue, let me know and I'd be happy to pass on what I learned the hard way.

Susan and I will be house-sitting my son's beautiful home in Matomedi (near White Bear Lake)-St Paul, area for about a year;as he assumes a probable assignment to run a new factory accquision in Europe for his company. I've made contact with some great KW folks in the Twin Cities. If I could help with any re-location needs of present or future clients, please let me know.

We plan on "permanently" (sorta) locating in the Stillwater or Hudson areas; though a warmer climate during the winter months is still very much on our radar screens.

Corvette is "cacooned" in a cozy heated airport hangar till spring, and our little Siamese cat has adjusted well and probably faster than we have actually. Retirement is taking me a little longer to adjust to.
