BROKER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS TO CHANGE 
Good Afternoon KW agents--It is expected that the Wisconsin requirements for earning a broker’s license will change in 2012. The anticipated effective date of the change is July 2012, but at this time, there has been no official announcement of the changes or an effective date. It is expected that the broker course will increase from 36-hours to 72-hours. If you’ve ever thought of incorporating your real estate business into an LLC or Sub S Corporation you’ll need to have your Broker License. We have online and home study options as well as a discount agreement with WRA. If you’d like more information contact your front desk. Thanks, Dick Brockman.
