SUITCASES FOR KIDS
In 2006, RASCW joined the national service project designed to collect and distribute new and gently used suitcases, duffel bags and backpacks for foster children who are frequently forced to move from home to home. To date, RASCW has donated 1,300 suitcases to foster care programs throughout South Central Wisconsin. We will once again be collecting donations at the Blitz and distributing them within the RASCW jurisdiction. Collections will be donated at the 2012 Blitz.
KW Agents can bring their gently used suitcases, backpacks, or duffel bags to the West or Crossroads Front Desks. Looking to go the extra mile for a child in foster care? Consider donating a stuffed animal in addition to your suitcase or bag! The Market Centers will arrange transportation to Blitz.
BLITZ UPDATE--GROUP RATE INFORMATION
Between the two Market Centers, we will have enough Blitz attendees to qualify for the early registration group rate of $45.00 per person--but the more the merrier! Since group registrations and payments are required to be submitted in the same envelope, our MCAs are asking that you provide a check for $45.00 and made out to RASCW to either Laura Hartman or Sara Brockman no later than 2/28/2012.
