FREE HOME STAGING OFFERED!
As part of the curriculum for the Home Staging Course being offered at Keller Williams Crossroads office on March 20-21, there will be a live demonstration of how to stage a home, so we need a home to stage! The Staging is FREE to the Seller outside of them having to provide packing supplies for us.
Here are the ideal parameters for the house:
This is a FREE Staging for a lucky seller - and valued at about $2,000 in your market. We would Stage on Wed, Mar 21 from about 2:00-5:30 PM (no later).
Here are the ideal parameters for the house we need:
1. Ideally - the house should be about 10-20 minutes or less one-way drive from the class location (Crossroads office).
2. The house needs to be occupied/furnished (not vacant) as it needs to have stuff for use to work with - furniture, accessories, decor, linens, artwork, etc.
3. The Sellers cannot be present during the Staging, and they must provide ample packing supplies for us to use in the event we need to remove/pack things not needed for Staging. If the agent wants to be there - that is fine. We just like the Sellers to be "surprised" and it's less stressful for them as well to be able to come back to a house that is all done for them.
4. The Sellers need to ensure their house is clean and Stage ready - in good condition - so please no candidates for "Hoarders" or "Clean House" (smile).
5. Lastly, the Sellers need to sign a simple one-page agreement giving us permission to Stage their house.
