SHORT TERM RENTAL NEEDED--EAST SIDE
I have buyers who are going to be moving to Madison as he is taking a job on the east side the end of the March. They are in the process of selling their home in Indiana (had 35 people through their home last weekend at the open house so it will hopefully be happening soon). In the mean time he is looking to rent a room by the week until they are able to close on a new home. He can afford $200/month prorated biweekly. He will be returning home each weekend so is only looking for a place during the week.
