RENTAL REFERRAL NEEDED
I have some friends who are at a "crossroads" with their housing situation. They recently rented a home on Stoughton and are being asked to move so the owner can put the house on the market. They are looking for something in Oregon area, Brooklyn, Stoughton area, McFarland, Evansville etc. They would be looking at homes up to 175K.
My friends need to find their permanent home but are not yet in a position to secure financing. They are making fabulous strides in this area and should be able to secure financing sometime in the next three to six months. Do any of you have or know of any one out there who would be willing to sell their home on a rent to own contract or possibly a land contract? We know there is some risk to the sellers so they would be willing to pay a premium above their monthly rent each month that would go to the homeowner at the end of the rental period if for any reason they are unable to secure financing to purchase the home by the date agreed to between the homeowner and my buyers.
These people are recently married and both in their 30's. they are responsible and dedicated to owning a home this year. they have asked me to reach out to you to see if anyone has a client or knows someone who is interested in this type of agreement. i have confidence that this would be a sure closing in 2012 and i the meantime could provide a homeowner with a steady stream of income from people who will take good care of the house since they would eventually own it

RASCW HABITAT HUMANITY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Thank you very much for volunteering in the past for Habitat for Humanity work days with RASCW. I have volunteered to be the coordinator for the RASCW Habitat Work Days for 2012. We created this Gmail account to help create consistancy in the future.
I have listed the work days below and would LOVE for you to volunteer any of the days that work for you. Please talk to your co-workers and tell them about Habitat Work Days and ask them to sign up too! We enjoy having new helping hands at Habitat.
Please respond with the following dates that you wish to volunteer. Also, please let me know if you wish to work a full day or 1/2 day. A full day is always better :) I will send you a confirmation of meeting location and all that jazz a week or prior to the build date. Here are the dates for 2012 (second Wednesday of the month):
