Today marks our first day without Susan Katzenmeyer. Just as we wish her all the best in her new endeavors, we look forward to finding our new MCA. Our leadership is committed to finding the best and brightest new star for our Market Center, which will understandably take some time. We are asking for every agent's cooperation and understanding during the transition period. There have been many excellent questions posed of late regarding our interim procedures. Here's what you need to know--
Please send all pertinent correspondence (offers, greensheets, missing paperwork, etc.) to klrw316@kw.com. This is the Market Center/MCA's permanent email, and is being checked by Andy Kahn and Sara Brockman on a regular basis.
PAPERWORK SUBMISSION
Please continue to use the wooden hanging file folders outside of the MCA office, as well as submitting your paperwork via email. There is no need to slide paperwork under the MCA office door.
CHECKS
We do not have a check cutting schedule in place at this time. Andy Kahn is the only individual currently authorized to cut checks, and will not be able to visit West every day. As soon as checks are cut and ready for pick-up, you will receive an email from the West Front Desk. We hope to have a set schedule in place soon, and thank you for your patience in advance.
WHERE'S SARA?
Between the hours of 9 and 1, Sara Brockman will be processing new A/Os, in meetings as part of the transition process, reviewing compliance submissions, and other duties to help keep the MCA workflow in good order for Andy. The fabulous Christine Holt will be at the Front Desk during this time. She is a temp, and is expected to be with us until our new MCA is in place. Between 1 and 5, Sara will be processing new listings, and taking care of her usual duties.
TECH HELPPlease consult http://answers.kw.com prior to seeking Staff assistance. Sara is available for tech help by appointment between 9am and 1pm, Monday through Friday.
