Many Keller Williams agents were present at David Bump's visitation in Brodhead yesterday evening. Their presence of David's KW family meant a great deal to the Bump family. His mother shared that David considered his time with Keller Williams as one of the happiest times of his life.

SHORT SALE APPROVED--BRING YOUR BUYERS
I have a short sale at 512 Linda Rd in Mount Horeb. Really nice 3 bedroom ranch with a finished basement - PERFECT 1st time Buyer property. Anyway, we had a Buyer who walked earlier this week, just in time for the lender to give us approval on the short sale. So, I'm hoping to swap in a different Buyer who can close in 30-45 days from now. The hard work has already been done. If we can get an accepted offer to the lender before we cancel the old offer we won't miss a beat!
