As of May 1, when closing out a property, you will be required to identify if the sale was court approved, a short sale, or if the property was bank owned/REO. You will identify this by selecting from a required drop down pick list. A choice for N/A will be available if none of the above applies. Please submit all closing information to your Front Desk either on an MLS change form or something IN WRITING (email, fax) that lists the following:
• Accepted Offer date (if not already in pending)
• Closed Date
• Sale Price
• Type of financing (conventional, FHA, VA, etc)
• Credits paid by seller (if any)
• Sale Factor (REO, Short Sale, Court Approves, N/A)
• Selling Office (KW Madison West, First Weber, e.g.)
• Selling Agent (Name of agent who wrote offer)

RED DAY PLANT SALE DONATIONS NEEDED
