HGTV OPPORTUNITY
Hi - I have been in contact with an HGTV producer who is handling the planning for an HGTV episode of Bang For Your Buck to be filmed here in Madison in April. They are specifically looking for fun, enthusiastic and outgoing homeowners in the Madison area who have completed a major home renovation within the past 3 years but who did it on a low budget (around $70,000). HGTV will tour three similar remodels at similar price points and bring in an HGTV design and real estate expert to determine how the renovation impacts each home's value, how design influences the space and who got the most bang for their buck. They are looking for diversity in homes, people and lifestyles - so think of your current or past real estate clients who may be the perfect fit for their show.
