  • b) Committee Updates – 5 minutes. Please update us on what you have going… the date of your next meeting, what your committee is up to and planned. Discuss openly what you need to be successful and how we can help you.
    • Lynn Holley – KW Cares & Red Day Road Home Project for Red Day/Team 1(Pete Macho & Lynn Holley- clean up house), Team 2 (Chris Venden – Children’s Activities), Team 3 (Jenny Swain – Crafts), Team 4 (Mike Hart – Food), Team 5 (Dave Grauwels – Collecting supplies) Crossroads office to combine efforts this day
    • Kerri Campbell – Culture (Traditions / social) & Transition (survey results) Meet with Kara Thomas to review how transitions are doing, April Social TBD
    • Chris Venden – Finance & Affiliate Advocate Review Crossroads Sponsorship program, meeting with Shelly/Clear Title & Kathy/Waterstone to get feedback
    • Shawn Kriewaldt – Growth & Recruiting Events Continue to invite agents to our classes to view our training, Operation Liberation

    • Jenny Swain – Standards & Reputation Red flag repeat offenders and meet with them
    • Kate Speer Ely – Career Development Have 10 new agents in mentoring program. Their assignment is to pick 3 Lead Generations activities to work on. Teach the model. Continue to go after RE simulator leads.
    • Janet Johnson – Technology E-Edge Rollout 1st class to cover activating account and setting up basic information. 2nd class to cover marketing material. Signed up for Forum thru LinkedIn. Continue to offer classes on a regular basis. Q & A on Fridays.
    • Josh Lavik – Technology Audit – Website / Blog Not in attendance. Nothing to report
  • c) Current Financials Co$38,218, Owner Profit $(6,190), Net Profit ($11,200), Other Income $14,071, Grand Total Operating Expenses $58,479
  • d) Operation Liberation Recruiting efforts to attract top producers. Has resulted in increase in setting appointments and stirring up lots of conversation.
    • i) Do you have relationship with anyone on the list? Invite them to breakfast/happy hour for presentation on March 16th.
  • e) E-edge roll out 1st part of eEdge has been implemented, Contacts Wizard now available, continue to offer classes on a regular basis

CONTRACT UPDATE
There will soon be a new Residential Offer to Purchase (even before we have the condo, etc, offer) that tidies up some of the legal language to make it more user-friendly to both agents and customers. Sounds like we will probably have to use the new form around the July timeframe so stay posted as we are made aware of approvals for use!
