SCWMLS has started really cracking down on listings not reported as SOLD on MLS within 7 days of closing (NOT business days—all days count) Some of our agents have already faced fines!
In an effort to ensure you are not fined, we are requiring all listing agents to submit TO SARA either an MLS change form or something IN WRITING (email, fax) that lists the following:
• Accepted Offer date (if not already in pending)
• Closed Date
• Sale Price
• Type of financing (conventional, FHA, VA, etc)
• Credits paid by seller (if any)
• Selling Office (KW Madison West, First Weber, e.g.)
• Selling Agent (Name of agent who wrote offer)

KW CARES REPS--ACTION NEEDED!
Dear KW Cares Reps,
I am so very fortunate to have you out there demonstrating that the wonderful culture, which is the backbone if Keller Williams, is alive and flourishing! One of my greatest privileges is serving as the Chairman of the Board of Keller Williams Realty Cares – KW Cares.
I would like to call upon you to be the means through which a great deal more assistance is received from KW Cares. We know that there are many more associates in need in our Market Centers than we are able to learn about on our own. We want to find them and reach out to them. Will you help us?
The basic criteria for a KW Cares grant is that a KW family member must be facing financial hardship because of an unexpected emergency. KW Cares grants are frequently given to help our families with out of pocket expenses for major accidents, recovery from natural disasters, and serious illnesses. An alarming statistic is that in the first quarter of 2100, forty-eight percent of the grants awarded were for KW family members in treatment for cancer. There are so many more who are not receiving our support.
We are fortunate that our donors are so generous. Please be on the lookout for associates in you market centers and regions who may be in need of a grant. You can either talk with them directly about a KW Cares grant or call KW Cares at 512-306-6727 so our staff can reach out to the associate.
You can make a life-changing difference for the future of one of your colleagues! I am energized when I think about the collective strength of our KW Cares Reps!
