SOLD PROPERTY PROCEDURE

Important Information for SOLD properties!! Please read or you could be facing fines by the SCWMLS!

SCWMLS has started really cracking down on listings not reported as SOLD on MLS within 7 days of closing (NOT business days—all days count) Some of our agents have already faced fines!

In an effort to ensure you are not fined, we are requiring all listing agents to submit TO SARA either an MLS change form or something IN WRITING (email, fax) that lists the following:

• Accepted Offer date (if not already in pending)
• Closed Date
• Sale Price
• Type of financing (conventional, FHA, VA, etc)
• Credits paid by seller (if any)
• Selling Office (KW Madison West, First Weber, e.g.)
• Selling Agent (Name of agent who wrote offer)
