HYPOTHETICAL CONTRACTS AND PARAGON TIPS & TRICKS
Join Bobbie Sumenek on Monday, June 6th, for two GREAT classes!

12:30 PM—Paragon Tips and Tricks! Bring your lunch and learn some great techniques to use Paragon at the highest level.

1:00 PM—Hypothetical Contracts. Complete the scenario packet forwarded earlier by Jessica (let Sara know if you need the email or the attachment resent), and bring your sample offer on Monday. Bobbie will review the offer and provide an explanation on what she included in the offer. Beware! There are tricky parts! Compare your contract with Bobbie’s to see what you missed or what you could have added to protect your buyer. This is a great learning opportunity for everyone!

PARADE OF HOMES HOSTS NEEDED
The Parade of Homes will run Saturday, June 11th through Sunday, June 26th. Great hosting opportunities are available throughout! Shifts are available Monday through Friday from 3 to 7 PM, and weekends from 11 to 5 PM. Weekends will be split into shifts. Don’t miss out!
