REMINDER: The 2011 versions of the WB-11 Residential Offer to Purchase, the WB-14 Residential Condominium Offer to Purchase and the WB-13 Vacant Land Offer to Purchase are available on ZipForm. All of these offers have a mandatory use date of July 1, 2011. The prior or “old” version of these offers will continue to appear in ZipForm as well, but only until June 30. Starting July 1, only the 2011 versions of these three offers will be included in WRA ZipForm.
