SHORT TERM RENTAL NEEDED ASAP!
In an effort to coordinate sellers and buyers moving from house to house, I have a seller who is in need of a short term rental by August 1, 2011. They will be building a new home and the expected completion time with Veridian is 90 to 120 days. There needs are as follows:

• something from August through November or December (depending on how long it will take once we order all the stuff),

• at least 2 bedrooms but preferably 3 bedrooms,

• hopefully a garage,

• somewhere on the Eastern side of Madison including Cottage Grove, Sun Prairie, McFarland, and Monona. (there current home is in Grandview Commons and they are building in Cottage grove.

• Budget: $1200 to $1300.

They are so excited we sold their home, but now are unsure where they can live for the next couple of months. If any of you have a rental opportunity, vacant listing that would like some extra cash, please let me know asap. Pamelyn Meller, propertyshoppe@kw.com
