REMINDER--TEAM MEETING AT 1:00 TOMORROW

Featuring a Panel on "How to keep your deals together."

We had a total of 22 closings that DID NOT close in May which equated to $134,646.00 in agent commissions. This is alarming so I am reaching out to each of the Agents that had a closing fall apart to learn more about what happened.

Was it an issues with...

• Home sale contingency
• Buyer didn't qualify or no longer qualified for financing

• Financing fell apart for another reason

• Inspection issues

• Appraisal issues

• All the above?!

Team Meeting tomorrow at 1:00 will feature a PANEL of agents sharing...

• Challenges they are running into

• How to overcome those challenges to keep the deal together

• How to know if your deal is dead or revivable
