I have received feedback from several agents that "the daily", our main source of communication has grown a bit redundent. And because this is our main communication source I understand how important it is to keep it NEWS WORTHY! So we will not be running the same information multiple days in a row and will continue to run only three days in archive. I have also gotten feedback that many of you wish you would receive it in the beginning of the day versus the end. You may have recently received an email like the following: From KW Report--Your email account has been reported for numerous spams Activities from a foreign ip recently. As a result, KW has received advice to suspend your account. However, you might not be the one promoting this Spam,as your email account might have been compromised. IT IS SPAM. Do NOT click on the link. Spelling errors, a lack of official KW logos, a lack of an official KW email address, and incorrect grammar are all hallmarks of spam email. Don’t fall for it! Mark as junk/spam and delete.

CITIMORTGAGE CONTACT NEEDED ASAP--HELP!
Hi Agents – I have a buyer who wants to write a CASH offer on a property in Sun Prairie that was sold at Sheriff’s sale and the sale was confirmed Tuesday, the 9th. CitiMortgage is the lender. Does anyone have the name of someone I can contact at CitiMortgage to get direction on how to submit an offer, or do I have to let it go thru the REO process and wait until it is listed (which could take a long time).
The agent broker who had it listed was dishonest in the information he has given me, and I have no reason to believe CitiMortgage will list with him. I faxed a letter to CitiMortgage stating I have a cash buyer (received a fax number from the attorney’s office that handled the foreclosure for CitiMortgage) but have not heard back. Any advice?
