PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE ACQUIRED BY BROOKFIELD

NOT SURE ABOUT KW FAMILY REUNION?--A NOTE FROM NICOLE CHARLES
Someone asked me recently what the 'value' is of going to the KW training events like Masterminds, Mega Camp, and Family Reunion. I immediately started gushing about all the great training, classes, tools, tech tips, etc., that I've learned over the past 3 years of attending, the relationships I've built with other agents, and just the plain good ol' fun that I've had.
Then I started to think about it. What has it REALLY done for me? After all, don't they keep saying the same things over and over?
Here's what I came up with:
-Over $50,000 in GCI earned in referral income from agents I've met around the country
-The foundation and building blocks to build a great business in a short period of time
-$1,031,060.42 IN GCI IN 4 1/2 YEARS
-Leverage to be able to spend 6 uninterrupted weeks in Europe with my family
-Several mini vacations (basically more TIME OFF) than I've ever had before
-Financial security
-Countless friendships
-Implementation of ideas and tips that are estimated to bring in another $850,000 in GCI within the next 12 months!
Yes, there are things that you hear over and over again. But, you are not always at a point within your life or business that you're ready to receive the information being given.
Yes, it's 5 days away. 5 days that COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE. LITERALLY.
Yes, it cost money. Really, it's an investment. In you, yourself, your business, and your future.
At the end of the day, if you want to see a change in your business at all - no matter what that 'change' is, this is where you need to be. Maybe you don't want to be a 'Mega Agent'. That's just fine. Maybe you want to be able to make $80,000/year and take 3 months off. Maybe the number is different, maybe your goals are different. The point is that if you are 100% fine with your business and life the way it is right now and don't want any change at all, then you really shouldn't go. BUT, if there is ANYTHING you want to change - income, number of leads, leverage, listings, scripts, free time, conversion ratios - whatever it may be - then YOU SHOULD GO TO FAMILY REUNION. It's worth the investment in yourself.
BTW - I don't get paid to say this. I don't get any incentive at all based on if you go or not. I'm writing this because I would love to see an office full of people who are living a life beyond their wildest possible dreams, and it's fully possible.
If someone would have told me 4 years ago that I'd be doing what I'm doing now, to the extent of which I'm doing it, I would have thought they were crazy. I didn't know what was possible, but I didn't think this was it. What I did do, however, was remain open to the possibilities, followed the model, immersed myself amongst top producers, and prioritized what I was told was 'the best' training - Mega Camp and Family Reunion. I added Masterminds about 2 years ago. Now, there is no way I'd give any of that up. It's too important to my business and my success in this industry. It's critical. For me, to not go, would be like turning off the life support machine.
Finally, it is possible to do this 'on the cheap'. Airfare right now is less than $300, the registration for Family Reunion is $499. We'll be trying to coordinate renting a house again, keep lodging on the cheap end of things, so really you're looking at right around $1000. $1000 to change your life, business, and set the pace for your best year yet. Seems like a no brainer to me.
So to those of you who are going to make a positive change in your business next year - I will see you in Orlando!! Nicole Charles, nicolecharles@kw.com
