At Keller Williams we are committed to providing you with the most cutting edge technology package available at "true cost" instead of up-charging you for company profits, like most other companies do. And at the same time, we need to maintain a "cost neutral" package so that the owners aren't losing money. It's a delicate balance as contracts and costs change regularly. This past year the offices both lost money with the technology packages due to increases and contract usage adjustments. Typically that would mean that we would need to raise the monthly technology fee to be cost neutral. WELL, NOT EXACTLY! Your very wise Agent Leadership Council came up with the ultimate win-win solution for you all so that we can keep the technology fee as is.

Digital Ink is very similar to DocuSign. In fact, if you have used DocuSign you should have no trouble using Digital Ink. Above is the link to Digital Ink, training videos and user manuals.
PRIOR TO DECEMBER 31st... If you have 'pendings' you should make a copy of those files, save as a PDF. For those transactions already closed, we have full files for so no copy is necessary.
Matt Doyle, our Compliance Broker, will be offering a handful of trainings in the month of December. See the training calendar for specific dates and locations. If you LOVE DocuSign and want to continue using it, you can purchase a monthly unlimited subscription for a very reasonable rate (under $15). And all of you already get five free folders each month.
