I have a client I'm looking for a 1-2 bedroom condo (unfurnished or furnished) , preferibly on the east side of Madison for a 3-4 month term. Preferred budget is $700 to $750 per month. Single male, no pets, just a lot of house plants. Parking a plus but off street is okay too. He works near Hwy 51 & Beltline and is willing to commute if need be.

As many of you know, Darren Kittleson, Jenny and Evan Swain, Ryan Koch, and myself (Nicole Charles) are going on a mission trip to Haiti in just a few weeks!
