Are you ready for 2012 yet? It’s just about here, and now is the time to get yourself setup for success. Don’t begin the year without a clear vision of how you plan to end the year. Develop your business plan now!
Please attend the Business Planning Clinic at Crossroads on Wednesday (12/14) 12:00 – 3:00. In this class, we will look at your big vision and your “Big Why.” And then we will dig into the MREA business plan. A business plan does not need to be a complicated 30 page document. You will be provided with a simple template that allows you to merely plug in a few key numbers. This is a workshop where you will end the class with a business plan. We will walk through the whole thing and see how a simple business plan can drive specific actions for you all year long… and of course, get you on the right path for success!
Please bring the following with you to class:
• Some big goals you have for 2012 (not necessarily real estate… I mean BIG goals)
• The amount of gross commission income you would like to earn in 2012
• Your laptop
