RED DAY PLANT SALE HELP NEEDED!
We're gearing up our preparations for Red Day, and have some requests for those of you who want to participate in the May 12 plant sale at Keller Williams West.

Here is a list of items we would greatly appreciate help with:
• * If you are unable to donate your time on Red Day during the sale, please consider donating 2 to 4 bags of potting soil for the plants.
• * We need pots to put the plants in - any kind will do. If you're able, decorative pots or simple terra cotta pots would be helpful because we can charge a bit more for the plants.
• * Volunteers will be collecting plant and soil donations, starting the week of April 30. Please bring plants to the west office in plastic bags, and we'll store them outside the building.
• * Volunteers also will be potting the plants we receive.
• * The folks at Viviana's catering already have donated 50 brats for the day of the sale, so we could use some buns and condiments to top them off!

• * To start off, Marni McEntee at KW West will be helping collect soil and pot donations before the sale. Please contact her at Marnimce@kw.com or 608-515-0137 to arrange a delivery time.

Any other questions or donation offers can be directed to Pete Macho at PeteM@kw.com.
Thanks!

IMPORTANT NEWS FROM HOMESTEAD TITLE
It is with great excitement, some sadness, and a ton of gratitude that we share this good news.

After nearly 11 years with Homestead Title, Jessica Nytes has accepted her dream job -- a position with the University of Wisconsin Madison. Jessica has a masters in research and statistics and was offered an incredible opportunity with the College of Engineering at a world class institution. This fits her education and background about as perfectly as she could hope!

We also have exciting news of our own! In early February, Whitney Hobson joined us as a closing officer. Whitney has many years of experience as a closer in Colorado and has worked in almost every department of the title company. She is a fantastic closer and an incredible addition to our team. You probably have already met her or benefited from her behind the scenes work.

Whitney has started to take over most of Jessica’s scheduled closings and duties, so look forward to hearing from her as early as next week! We have also added additional support staff over the last four months to accommodate our continued growth and yours. We have been fortunate to grow over the last few years to a point where we can easily adjust to additions and changes while continuing to provide the same great service to every one of our clients and yours.

We look forward to a fantastic spring and wish Jessica the very best! Thanks!
Peter Zarov and the entire Homestead Team
