PARAGON PASSWORD CHANGE
As a result of a security audit performed by our Paragon vendor, they have determined that the login name and password requirements for Paragon are not secure enough, and will be requiring case sensitivity.  Beginning TODAY, April 18, when you login to Paragon, the login name and password you type will need to exactly match what is stored in order to allow you access.   The format of your login name, as stored in Paragon, is mixed case.  The first letter of your first and the first letter of your last name are capitalized, and the rest is lower case (i.e. Bob Smith).   Your password is lower case.     If you have stored your login name and password within your internet browser, and you find the case does not match, you will need to resave your login name and/or password.

FIREFOX ISSUES WITH PARAGON PASSWORD CHANGES
Firefox has caused an issue this morning when a member tries to login with case sensitivity and their username/password is remembered by the browser. When they type in the username correctly and then navigate to the password box, the username reverts to lowercase again.

Just a reminder on How To clear the saved passwords in Firefox:
Tools -> Options -> Security -> Saved Passwords Button -> delete scwmls.paragonrels.com
Click on Remove
Click on Close
Click on OK
Go back to the original Paragon login screen and enter your login name and password.
**Remember that your name is now case sensetive. Your password is all lower case.
