INCREASE IN BROKERS LICENSE REQUIREMENTS AS OF 7/1/12
Contact Laura Hartman (frontdesk515@kw.com) or Sara Brockman (frontdesk316@kw.com) to register for the broker course ASAP!

The Department of Safety and Professionals Services (DSPS) will increase the broker prelicensing requirements on July 1, 2012. The education requirement to earn a broker license in Wisconsin will increase from 36 to 72 hours.

To earn a broker license under the current education requirement of 36 hours, you must complete the education, pass the state exam, and have your completed application into the by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services by June 30, 2012.

Applicants for licensing starting July 1, 2012 will have to comply with the 72 hour educational requirements. If you have any questions, please email us at educate@wra.org or call the Education Department at 800.279.1972. Thank you.

DOWNTOWN MIDDLETON HOME FOR SALE
Dear Friends--After a great deal of thought we have decided to put our home at 1648 Park Street on the market. We've put a lot of work and love into our home. We are still in the process of updating electrical, painting, cleaning, purging,etc. (Much easier to tell people to do this, than to do it yourself.) We are getting ready for pictures and showings and should be ready in about two weeks.

If you have a buyer looking for an older home with a ton of character in downtown Middleton please let me know. We will be asking $240,000 for our house and will of course be offering 3 percent to a buyer's agent.
