ABOUT RED DAY
Have you had a chance to see the RED Day posters hung up in the Office?
In case you’re wondering what it’s all about here a few facts:
• RED Day stands for Renew, Energize and Donate.
• The event was created in honor of Keller Williams Realty's Vice-Chairman of the Board and keeper of the culture, Mo Anderson.
• The 1st Annual RED Day was held in 2009.
• Last year, associates in the United States and Canada gave nearly 200,000 hours of service back to our communities.
This event is an entrenched part our culture and displays the extraordinary effect a company has when individuals come together to help those in need. We hope you’ll join us in Renewing, Energizing and Donating in our community. Call or email our RED Day coordinators as soon as you can so that we can put you on the list – and if there’s a particular project you’d like to participate in, let them know that too!

I have a motivated buyer looking for a house under $180k with 4 bedrooms and 2+ baths, within the Madison/Dane County area. Anyone have any new listings coming on soon? They need to move by June 30th. Thank you! -- Chris Venden, chrisvenden@kw.com
