A NOTE FROM DAN DYSLIN, SUPERVISING BROKER
KW Associates--As many of you noticed in your WRA Hotips last week, we have a couple of new forms that will be manditory as of July 1, 2012. The first is the new Vacant Land Disclosure Report (WRA-VLRD). This form will be reqiried for any new Vacant Land Listings or any Closings on Vacant Land after July 1st, 2012. So,you will need to Amend any Vacant Land listings that you may have.
Second, there is a new Broker Disclosure to Customers form. This is also requiried as of July 1st, 2012. The change here is that going forward we will need your customers full signature instead of the previous forms initials only. You can use the existing Broker Disclosure to Customers form but make sure the parties give their full signatures.
The Vacant Land form is in Zipforms now and the Broker Disclosure to Customers will be in any day. Last but not least a reminder that your Continuing Education is due by December 15th, 2012. This also will include your NAR Ethics requirement, which is due every 4 years. So, if you received your license before 2008 you should plan on taking this as one of your courses.
