WEST SIDE RENTAL NEEDED--ZASTROW
I have a wonderful client that is moving from Australia to Madison for a year very soon. He is a CEO of a company that has an office here in town. He has a wife and darling daughter. They are lovely people and would happily supply references. They would like to rent a home for the full year. They will would of course, sign a contract. They will be here in a few weeks to secure a place.

Their daughter will be going to Edgewood this fall so it would be ideal if they could be on the near west side but they would consider other Madison locations, especially on the water. They would be willing to pay up to $2000-$2800/month.
